Haliotis thailandis Dekker & Patamakanthin, 2001
Distribution: Andaman Sea. Size to 17mm. Biotope poorly known.

By dive, in very strong current, Kaew island, Phuket, Thailand. 10,5mm.
An other specimen from Phuket province, 8mm.
The species is small, thin, rounded in shape, more pink than red.
Columella narrow, spire visible on ventral side. Holes large. A juvenile appearance.
Notice the strong shoulder between columella and row of holes, like in H. ovina patamakanthini.
