Predator in the infralittoral.
Close to R. contigua but with a paucispiral protoconch.
33m deep, Secche di Tor Paterno, off Torvajanica, Roma, Lazio, W. Italy. 3,5-6mm.
«  Cancellation rectangular, with small and elongated tubercles at the intersection of axials and spirals. Tubercles on the two subsutural cordlets narrow and spinulose. Sculpture visible in transparency throughout the very thin internal shell wall. Subsutural ramp narrow, with small tubercles in correspondence with the tip of the axial ribs. Two cordlets on the subsutural ramp, the adapical smaller with smaller tubercles, the second being the largest of the spirals. The third cordlet, as small as the first one. Columella simple, slightly sinuous anteriorly, gently angled posteriorly.
