Red Sea to eastern Mediterranean. Grazer on seagrass in the infralittoral. The shell differs from that of Petalifera petalifera by its more domed shape, thinner growth marks, and a bigger protoconch. – In net at 60m deep, Saronic Gulf, Greece. 2,6mm. |
