Original genus: Haminaea.
Specimen from the type-locality: canal Force Nuova, Lago Fusaro, Napoli, SW. Italy. 10mm.
 
« The shell is globular, extremely fragile, with the periostracum translucent and faintly rose-coloured. The surface is smooth with fine growth lines.
