Alborán Sea to W. Mediterranean. Predator in sheltered hard bottoms of the infralittoral down to 40-45m deep.
10-15m deep, in shell grit, Malága, Andalucia, S. Spain. 1,8mm.

« Shell ovoid, fairly stocky when adult, with a vague truncated posterior rostration. Profile rather rounded to subcylindrical, with a slight rupture in the anterior quarter. Labrum bearing 12-15 weak denticles. Columellar folds barely duplicated.
