Predator on sea-anemones in the infralittoral-circalittoral.
Differs from C. meyendorffii by its more rounded shape and by the larger numbber of spiral cords. Named after Juan Trigo, who provided some of the very first specimens on this species. 60-70m deep, Málaga, Andalucia, S. Spain. 23mm.
Specimens from 30-50m deep, Estepona, Málaga. 22,9-27,9mm.
