N. Morocco. Grazer in freshwater streams. The shell differs from those of africanus or arctilineatus by its slightly uncoiled spire; from those of baeticus-meridionalis and fluviatilis by the thickness of its walls and the pointing apex; from those of djedida and numidicus by its more expanded and fat columellar callus. Paratype 3; under stone at Douar Ellil, Moulaya river, NW. Berkane Province, N. Morocco. 8,05mm. |

Operculum pale, with a labial margin devoid of colour. The apophysis is similar to that of fluviatilis. However, it differs from the latter by a conspicuous basal extension located not in line with the anterior abutment (Glöer’s “Rib shield” in fluviatilis) but between the arcus and the abutment. |
